Bicycle Registration
The Osceola County Sheriff's Office offers free Bicycle Registration for
all residents of Osceola County.

Serial number and specific descriptive information is essential in identifying recovered bicycles. Most manufacturers stamp an individual serial number into each bicycle before it leaves the factory.
Your bicycle must have a permanent serial/model number to be registered. If you can not find the serial number on your bicycle, bring your bicycle to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office so we can assist you in your registration.
Registration decals will be issued to the owner upon completion of the walk-in registration. The tamper-resistant, numbered decal will be issued by our office to be affixed to your bicycle frame to make identification easier in the event your bicycle would become lost, stolen, or recovered. Owner and bicycle information will be recorded and maintained in our computer database for future reference.
To speed up your walk-in registration, you can print out the Osceola County Bicycle Registration Form, complete the identifying information, and bring the form and bicycle to our office at 309 6th Street, Sibley, Iowa, to complete the registration process.
