Ms. Hibbing has been with the sheriff’s office since 1982. She attended Worthington Community College for two years in general studies. Ms. Hibbing is responsible for Civil Process and Clerical duties, Revenue Management, Jail Record Keeping, and Public Safety Secretarial duties. Ms. Hibbing is also responsible for general dispatching and jail duties.
