Herrera was initially arrested on May 31, 1996 for Domestic Abuse Assault. On January 25, 1997 Herrera was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While being Suspended for Habitual Violator. During a search, Hererra unlawfully Possessed with Intent to Deliver 27 grams of Cocaine, a controlled substance.
