Head Dispatcher / Jail Administrator Judy Top

Ms. Top has been with the sheriff’s office since 1988.  She is the Head Dispatcher and Jail Administrator, overseeing all jail and dispatching operations.  Ms. Top is also a member of the Rural Emergency Stress Care Unit and Manages Payroll.
