Drug Abuse Resistance Education is a police officer led series of classroom lessons that teaches children from kindergarten through 12th grade how to resist peer pressure and live productive drug and violence free lives.

Project Lifesaver

Forms partnerships with local law enforcement and public safety organizations to organize specially trained teams that locate and return wandering adults and children to their families and caregivers with the use of technology.

Project Child Safe 

A nationwide program dedicated to promoting owner safety and responsible handling and storage practices of firearms through the distribution of free gun lock devices.  These locks are free and provided at participating law enforcement agencies.

Tanks-A-Lok 

A security devise used to address and reduce your liability and ensure the safety of your area from anhydrous ammonia theft used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.  These locks are made available for distribution upon request at the Osceola County Sheriff's Office free of charge.

Relay Iowa

Providing full telephone accessibility to people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing or speech impaired.  Communication Assistants process and relay conversations electronically, over a Text Telephone (TTY) or verbally to hearing parties.

 Tips are be submitted through the website or cell phone.  Information provided is entirely confidential, completely anonymous and submissions are encrypted to prevent tracing.  Tips are immediately transferred directly to the Crime Stoppers office utilizing TipSoft.

National Safety Council

A nonprofit public service organization dedicated to protecting life and promoting health through education that influences people to adopt and maintain safe and healthy practices and behaviors in all aspects of their lives.

Unlock Vehicles  

Assists motorists that are locked out of their vehicle.  This is a free service provided by the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.

Security Checks  

Extra patrol for businesses and residences upon request.  This is a free service provided by the Osceola County Sheriff's office.

Bicycle Registration

Free Bicycle Registration is available for all residents of Osceola County.  A numbered decal will enable our office to identify your bicycle in the event it is lost or stolen.  Print out the Osceola County Bicycle Registration Form, and bring the form and bicycle to our office to complete the registration process.
